Good win on Friday.

Clarkson/Leigh (11-9) wraps up the regular season at home next Friday against David City (3-17).

The Scouts lost 47-34 at home to Wilber-Clatonia Friday night.

This should be a win to close out the regular season for the Patriots.

Before I would have said that Oakland-Craig is the clear cut favorite to come out of the Sub-District, but now I'm not so sure.

I think Clarkson/Leigh can challenge for the Sub-District Title and perhaps win it.

The Patriots have come a long ways this year and are having a nice season.

Capping off the regular season with a win would be nice I'm sure, and Clarkson/Leigh can definitely do it.

The Patriots have to dream big and gear up for the final hoorah of the season.

The Clarkson/Leigh Girls won 66-49 over Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family in last Friday night's East Husker Conference Tournament Consolation Round at Leigh before winning 35-31 at Pierce Tuesday night, and 51-26 at Stanton Thursday night in the regular season finale.

The Patriots got out to a 19-6 lead on the Bulldogs at the end of one before H/LHF won the 2nd quarter 17-10 to make it a 29-23 game at halftime.

Clarkson/Leigh won the 3rd quarter 24-21 to go up 53-44 at the end of three.

The Patriots outscored the Bulldogs 13-5 in the 4th quarter.

The Mustangs won the 4th quarter 10-9.

Great response by the Patriots following the loss in the EHC Tournament Quarterfinals to Oakland-Craig.

Clarkson/Leigh ends the regular season at 19-1 and faces either Stanton or Madison in Sub-Districts Tuesday night.

The Patriots should be able to win the Sub-District I would think, especially since it is on their home court.

Clarkson/Leigh is looking to make their 3rd straight Sub-State appearance.

It should happen and I think the Patriots have a good chance to make State for the 2nd year in a row.

The loss to Oakland-Craig dropped Clarkson/Leigh down some spots in power points, but the Patriots can't worry about that now.

Clarkson/Leigh has to go out there and continue to do what they've done pretty much all season, which is win.

Norfolk Catholic could be a tough and tricky opponent if they match up with the Patriots in the Sub-District Final on Thursday, but the Knights have to beat Lutheran High Northeast first.

I look for Clarkson/Leigh to win the Sub-District regardless of who they play on Tuesday and Thursday.
