The Wolverines won 59-40 over Howells-Dodge in the East Husker Conference Tournament Quarterfinals at Oakland-Craig Tuesday night in action aired on 107.9 the Bull.

On paper this one looks to be a mismatch, but there's a reason they play the games.

Games aren't played on paper, and the Gators have to come ready to play and must bring it Tuesday night.

It's the last Boy/Girl Home Doubleheader on the season and Wisner-Pilger has to make it really count.

The Gators have to want it more than BRLD, and must play out of their minds.

Wisner-Pilger has to start the way they did against Twin River and Stanton.

If the Gators can do that and finish the game strong they could win the game.

It will be interesting to see what happens for sure though.

The Wisner-Pilger Girls lost 60-26 at North Bend Central last Thursday night before losing 56-25 at Oakland-Craig in the first round of the East Husker Conference Tournament Friday night. The Gators then lost 49-30 to Stanton in an EHC Tournament Consolation Game at home Monday night.

Definitely not the results the Gators were hoping for.

The Wolverines won 50-40 over Oakland-Craig in the EHC Semifinals at Midland Friday afternoon in action aired on 107.9 the Bull.

BRLD has been playing great basketball as of late while the Gators have struggled.

That's not to say Wisner-Pilger can't get things turned around again come Tuesday night, but it will be tough.

The Wolverines could very well run away with this one.

The Gators have to try and do something about that though.

Wisner-Pilger has to extra hard in practice and even harder during the game to be successful.

The Gators have to put the past few games behind them and move forward as we near the end of the season.
