The Knights lost 58-49 to North Bend Central in the 3rd place game of the East Husker Conference Tournament at Midland on Saturday in action aired on 107.9 the Bull.
A big challenge on the Cadets' hands in this one.
Oakland-Craig is a very good team, who despite losing four out of their last five games, has lost to some very good teams.
The Knights have a lot of weapons, and are led by Gunnar Ray.
West Point-Beemer has to know where he is at on the court at all times.
The Cadets have to play lockdown and pressure defense and control the pace of the game.
West Point-Beemer can't let Oakland-Craig get out and run and play at their pace or too fast.
The Cadets have to control pacing of the game, and play at their speed.

O-C fell 48-34 at home to Fremont Bergan Tuesday night.
Oakland-Craig has lost three in a row as a matter of fact.
This game and the Sub-District matchup against the Knights on Tuesday are two games the Cadets absolutely have to win and cannot afford to lose.
West Point-Beemer could very well need to win their next 3 games to get a Sub-State berth.
The Cadets have to find a way to get the job done and put themselves in a position to make state for the 3rd year in a row.
West Point-Beemer has to come through in the clutch like they have before.
The Cadets can definitely do it, they just have to breakthrough and win that big championship game.
I have faith that West Point-Beemer could beat North Bend Central again next Thursday should the two teams play, but first things first the Cadets have to take care of business on Friday and Tuesday against a very capable Oakland-Craig team.
