Oakland-Craig won the 4th quarter 15-14.
I thought the Bluejays did a nice job of competing against the Monarchs and Knights after back-to-back double digit defeats in the North Bend Central Holiday Tournament.
GACC (2-8) plays host to Pender (1-8) Thursday night.
The Pendragons picked up their first win of the year Monday night in a 50-36 triumph over Wynot on the road.
The Bluejays also defeated the Blue Devils earlier this season, winning 42-35 at home on December 10th.
I think the fact that the game is in West Point helps out GACC.
Not to say the Bluejays couldn't win if the game was in Pender, but I think the home team always has some sort of edge or advantage in any game.
Gym capacity has now been increased to 50% so that is warm welcoming sign for High School Basketball fans.
GACC has to get over the hump in this one and turn two close losses into a win Thursday night.
If I had to say who is going to win this one I would take the Bluejays in a close one.
The GACC Girls fell 67-38 to defending Class C-1 State Champion North Bend Central in the North Bend Central Holiday Tournament last Monday before winning 67-21 over Omaha Concordia in the tournament last Wednesday. The Bluejays then won 55-12 at David City Aquinas on Saturday.

The Bluejays outscored the Monarchs 13-1 in the 4th quarter.
Rief totaled 16 points while Hass registered 8 and Gnad 7.
Dominant play for GACC against Omaha Concordia and Aquinas, but I'm sure the Bluejays were hoping for a much better showing against North Bend Central.
GACC (9-2) plays host to Bishop Neumann (2-7) Thursday night.
The Cavaliers lost 42-40 at Nebraska City Lourdes on Saturday.
Neumann may not have a great record, but they're Neumann and have played a very tough schedule.
That means the Cavaliers are still a force to be reckoned with no matter what, and should not be underestimated or taken lightly.
The Bluejays have to come out and put their foot on the throttle and jump on Neumann early.
GACC has to build an insurmountable lead that is too steep for the Cavaliers to come back from.
The Bluejays have to be ferocious on defense and have to be aggressive on offense and look to attack the basket at every opportunity.
GACC has to play the way they did the last two games.
As long as the Bluejays play their game they should be able to win, especially being at home.
