The Winnebago Boys won 37-34 at Ponca Tuesday night before falling 63-62 at home to Wynot Friday night.
Ponca got out to a 10-2 lead at the end of one before Bago outscored them 13-7 in the 2nd quarter to make it a 17-15 game at halftime.
Both teams scored 10 points in the 3rd quarter, and the score was 27-25 at the end of three.
Bago won the 4th quarter 12-7.
Great win for Winnebago on Tuesday, but a tough loss on Friday.
Bago (6-8) hosts Lower Brule, SD on Saturday.
I don't know much about Lower Brule other than I'm sure they will be a tremendous challenge for Winnebago.
Perhaps Bago was looking ahead to playing them while they were playing Wynot.
Whatever the case the loss to the Blue Devils was a tough setback.
Winnebago has to bounce back with a great and solid effort on Saturday, and try and come out on top.
Bago can definitely do it they just have to bring their A game and give Lower Brule their best shot.

Winnebago led Ponca 9-6 at the end of one. Ponca outscored Bago 13-4 in the 2nd quarter to go up 19-13 at halftime.
Ponca outscored Winnebago 19-8 in the 3rd quarter to extend their lead to 38-21 at three.
Bago won the 4th quarter 16-13.
Keisha Snyder finished with a double-double of 13 points and 15 rebounds while Maddy Cleveland notched 10 points. Sylvia Valentino added 7 points while Natasha Deal posted 7 rebounds.
Two losses to two very good teams for Winnebago.
Bago (6-9) plays host to Lower Brule, SD on Saturday.
I don't know much about Lower Brule, but it should be a heck of a challenge for Winnebago for sure.
It's always cool, fun, and unique to play teams from out of state, and this is certainly one of those opportunities for sure.
Bago has to come out and play hard and loose and have fun.
Winnebago has to go hard at it for 4 quarters, and fight and shoot their way to a victory.
Bago has to step things up and turn in a big time performance on Saturday.
Winnebago has to put on a show for the home crowd, and light it up from the field.
Bago has to put forth great effort for 32 minutes, and leave the court knowing they did everything in their power to come out on top.
